  1. The Flow is good. I just started really putting it through it's paces. People hating on it I bet they haven't really even tried it ,imo. The first thing you should do is pay the 5 bucks for one month of Viveport Infinity. That way you can try all of the games and discover that there are actually some good ones. This was unexpected. I figured the standalone mode would suck but no, this thing can actually run halfway decent games (mobile games). They need to get more games on it though. There should be a developer outreach to get more Oculus Go games ported. I also have a Quest 2 and the games on Vive Flow are equally entertaining to me. Of course they are different types of games but it's still mobile VR. I could easily sit there playing Solitaire on Vive Flow just as long as I'd play any of the games on Quest 2.
  2. Vive Flow is awesome. I use it quite a lot. But the thing is really best for seated games. Or else it would need a better strap to keep it on your head. The main thing it needs is a displayport connection to play SteamVR games (seated). Wireless works ok but imagine quality isn't very good. So they need either display port or better wireless streaming on the next Vive Flow. It already has a tactile button for passthrough, btw. The passthrough is really basic though.
  3. I want Vive Flow 2. Same type of form factor just keep making it better.
  4. Is there any plans to have PC streaming software on Vive Flow? I know about Vridge which works pretty good but it's not as good as virtual desktop and I don't like relying on 3rd party app for such an important feature.
  5. How can I connect it to my PC with a wire like if I'm on a plane or something and can't connect over Wifi?
  6. There's more than just that one though. Various cardboard apps too. So it would make sense having 3D built into your streaming app instead of having to have a special version of each app that runs on the Vive Flow.
  7. There are some emulators like ePSXe that support side by side google cardboard mode. So if the Miracast display had SBS 3D support is would look pretty cool.
  8. There's a lot of 3D content available on phones. Not just movies but games too. When streaming my phone is there a way to enable stereoscopic 3D? I see the feature on the Vive video app but I would also like it for the phone streaming app. Please add this feature!
  9. Also they're using some tricky features that allow you to use your phone as a controller. It's like the FLow takes over your whole screen when this is active. Might not be available on IOS.
  10. I can lie down with Viveport video. You just have to move the screen up.
