  1. @sarseneau @xSparxx is asking you a question
  2. Just curious about what have you done to address this issue?
  3. Try to find lighthouse_console.exe Steam\steamapps\common\SteamVR\tools\lighthouse\bin\win32. Use this executable to unpair your controllers. https://www.reddit.com/r/Vive/comments/5ken0m/vive_suddenly_only_recognizing_one_controller_but/
  4. Do you have AMD CPUs on both computers? If so, try your wireless adapter and see the result.
  5. Does a rebooting make your error go away? If not, try uninstalling VIVE Wireless, rebooting PC and reinstalling VIVE Wireless. Ensure the cable between wireless link box and PCIe card is well connnected. https://www.vive.com/eu/setup/wireless/ See step 4.
  6. Same for me. I did not realize until i google it.
  7. Have you tried move the vive wireless about page to the center of your monitor? you will see " Update Now" button.
  8. wrote: Yes! Only after updating the application and firmware. The only way to make it work again is booting the computer. Sometimes it happens while using the vive. So when you said sometimes it happens while using the vive, does that mean after rebooting the computer and you got it working, but the error code returns after a certain time?
  9. Just found this. Setting vrcompositor and vrserver priority high in task manager reduce pixilation and stutter issue. Hope this will help. https://www.reddit.com/r/Vive/comments/bk73uv/tip_vive_wireless_reduce_pixelisationstutter/
  10. Have you tried to re-pair your headset to wireless adapter? wrote: Yes. Absolutely. Several Times.

I collected the log by that method. and there are 2 zip file in the folder. Thanks. So even if you uninstalled and reinstalled Vive wireless but the issue (headset can not be found) still persists right?

Can you confirm? BTW, ensure you collect VIVE wireless log -> Start menu->VIVE Wireless-> Wireless system info->select collectlog. Wait until it finishes collecting the log.
  13. wrote: I want to give you this log but How can I give it to you? By Email? I want to post the zip file here, but I can't add it to this post. You can share it via google drive.
  14. Sorry to hear that. Would you provide your log and we may be able to figure out something from the log? Cheers. wrote: Thank you but in my case, "WiGig card not found" this message didn't appeared. It just saids "Can't find any headset."
  15. Have you tried uninstall and reinstall the VIVE Wireless?
