    Really? You must be new. I get the message of can’t download because something went wrong and so many threads with exactly the same download issues I’ve had. Tell you what I’ll do. I’ve just re-installed Windows 10 pro on a new SSD and will re-install you and steam ... this time I’ll record the entire process via video camera and add it to my YouTube channel describing the entire issue and will send you a link to the video issue. I’ll only sensationalize it just a bit

    Can you also send it to me also. Same issue here. I’m running an MSI laptop with a nividea 1060i with 8 gigs video, I7 -7700 cpu and one U.2 PCI x4 ssd main and ssd SATA secindary with All updated drivers. Same issues, almost gets installed then errors out.

    I have the same issue. The vice installs then when it comes to updating steam ... I get the message ... "Can't install Steam - Something went wrong with installing steam"
