  1. I just got done with the Tech Support guy, Guile Chao. He was able to log in via Teamviewer and we downloaded a Vive Desktop application from dropbox that worked great and I appear to have a working Viveport now. If that sounds like what was supposed to happen, awesome, let me know and close my ticket. If any of that seems odd, also please let me know and I'll delete the VM we installed it on. :D
  2. Still haven't gotten any resolution from Vive support on my problem. I posted over a year ago now.
  3. Correction on am earlier post, I do have an active subscription. I just got charged again today.
  4. Ok, the default browser change didn't work. Any idea on when that updated installer will come out?
  5. I am not on an active subscription right now. I'd wanted to get this up and running before I did. I will also try changing my default browser and let you know of that works, but it does sound like you know what specifically is going on.
  6. I am having a similar problem to others here. I am able to download the installer from viveport.com using the Download button at the top right. I run vivesw.exe as administrator, and set firewall exceptions for the Vive identity authenticator, but I still get hung up at the beginning of the install when it asks me to sign in. I click sign in, the icon greys out for about a minute, then goes to blue again. No additional dialogs appear, foreground or background.
