    This is false that it's sovled. For some it may have been some kind of PCI-E card slot issue but in general many of us are still having massive performance issues with the CPU being all over the place. i7 7700k @ 4.8 1080 ti GTX 3200mhz ram win 10

    Mine is not like that.

    All my slots are 3.0. Still bad performance. Stutters, wave looking heat like on hands, skips. 7700k 1080 ti , my performance is still really awful and a huge downgrade.
