Can you explain what you mean by "Silently install"?
Most of the executables and installers have silent switches like "-s" which can be used to install the application via command-line without any GUI silently. (Unattended/Silent Installation).
What's the use case for this?
Windows also has package managers like https://chocolatey.org which enable a uniform way of installing things for people who like doing things from command-line. Having a silent switch is a pre-requisite for managing things via command line.
