After reinstalled my Windows, updated graphics driver (geforce driver 416.94), and installed the software in this order:
Vive setup (found on vive website, download button next to support tab up top).
Steam.
Vive wireless app.
Uninstalled Viveport.
Also updated to the latest SteamVR Beta (1.1.1), I haven't had any BSOD or hard crash, which occured every 5-10 minutes before. This is only one session, need more testing.
