Thanks John, I resolved it yesterday. The problem was that the cable that is covered by the latch on the headset was not in properly. I removed the latch and pushed it in and it started working. Thank you for your help! Have a great evening. Best regards Mike

Hello After updating my controllers my HMD will not turn on. I checked USB and Hub controller is the only item that is greyed out. What can I do?
