Viveport Can't Install (HTC Sign in issue)

This has been an issue for me and I would like this to be resolved. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling both the Vive set up, and Viveport. For both, clicking 'Sign In' button just does nothing. I have tried running this in Admin mode too. This problem is very frustrating. Please address, Vive.
