  1. EDIT: never mind, found their email off HTC website, support.enterprise@htc.com Just got a return email, enterprise.support@htc.com The e-mail address you entered couldn't be found. Is there another email I could try?
  2. Thank you! I'll email them and report here the results.
  3. Hi David R, It seems the device management tool tries to download the steamvr package to D:\VRGames, and recently on a computer without the D: drive it silently failed to launch. Is there a way to change the default download path? Thanks! David
  4. We have exactly the same issue here, brand new Alienware 17 R5, brand new VIVE, and we have several of each, none of them work, one controller (not the same hand every time) will always lose tracking at some point, either a few seconds up to a minute or so, click "identify controller" will cause it to vibrate and temporarily bring it back but loses tracking soon after. What is going on???
  5. Hi David R, PM sent and did the refersh as you said and I now see Device Management System. Thank you very much!!!!
  6. Hi VibrantNebula / David R, As a AR/VR developer we really want to utilize the Enterprise Device Mangement Tool you mentioned for our business office for SteamVR deployment. How can I get access? I tried to register using the link you provided, and this is what I see afterwards. Where do I download the EDM Tool? Maybe I need what you sent to other forum members via PM? Thank you!
