  1. I've done a logs capture using the "wireless system info" utility that includes the last time the wireless usb drops out/grey screen with this new April update. I can pm whoever needs it. Key events in the event log include a couple of: KEY_EVENT_MAUSB_USB_DEVICE_RESET_RESPONSE Location: 282 at D:/jkp/workspace/JENKINS_WIGIG_COMP_P4/17324/WGFWDOCKVR03825/Source/WiGig/FW/ARC0/MaplePeak/DPAL/WSE/Src/WseDpalDebug.c followed by several KEY_EVENT_MAUSB_MISSING_SEQ_NUMBER Location: 949 at D:/jkp/workspace/JENKINS_WIGIG_COMP_P4/17324/WGFWDOCKVR03825/Source/WiGig/FW/ARC0/MaplePeak/DPAL/WSE/Src/WseBulkOutTransfer.c These events were at the time of the grey screen.
  2. Did you also go gigabyte for the Intel? Gigabyte Z390 Aorus Ultra here. What slot do you have your WiGig card in? I haven't had a problem until now. Other than the performance stuff early on that everyone had - which is what made me finally upgrade from my 4790k.
  3. This 1.20190410.0 and/or the firmware it pushed is pretty buggy on what was a fairly solid intel machine (i7 9700k, Gigabyte Aorus Z390 Ultra), if you have Intel, do not do the update as there is no reason. Also there is no way to roll back. Hopefully this will be fixed soon, I'm getting random grey screen, it looses contact with base stations and wands at the same time looking at steamvr. Since the basestations are beacons and don't talk back and forth and it loses the wands at the same time, I'm guessing the "wireless USB" part of the wireless is crashing and the headset itself can't talk usb to steamvr. Unplugging the battery and plugging it back in fixes it - but sucks to be in the middle of a beat saber song and the thing just goes grey. Others are reporting i here over at reddit: https://www.reddit.com/r/vive_vr/comments/bl30bv/vive_wireless_crashing_issue/ Can we get a update on this, a fix, or way to roll it back? Nothing else changed, I just did the update a few days ago - still on same SteamVR version, display driver, no windows updates in between - it was pretty simple, before the update - solid, worked well - after the update, buggy...
