I found out the problem, Having the base stations on A and B if wireless, was causing the issue, C and B sync fine, unsure if that is intended or a bug. Sorry for the false alarm!

So ive been at this for two hours now, the base stations register as working if i move them but for some reason i continue to get this erroe (Base stations are not syncing, please make sure they are set up properly) with the error code as 10003. Please help!
