  1. I have learned that you need to cantact live chat, go to www.vive.com/support, click on "contact us", and talk to the live chat to try and fix your issue.
  2. One of my Base Stations has been blinking red for around a day. I use SteamVR and it told me to unplug and replug in my base station, it didn't work and I was told to contact this forum. I have looked for a while and I learned that the problem is mechanical and can only be solved by Vive themselves. I am looking for a way to send in my base station for repairs. I bought my Vive in Febuary 2019, and it is still covered by warranty, I just need help sending it in for repairs.
