  1. I sent one of my base stations in for repair on the 26th of last month (June) and HTC Support recieved it on the 28th (according to the repair tracking website) and subsequently repaired it. According to the website the base station was shipped back on the 3rd of this month but it has no tracking number or status (both say N/A). Any help or is this a normal thing?
