yeh. lol. at first i was looking for a little white piece of paper. then someone told me it was a dark square sheet. When I saw it was supposed to be a large blue paper i was surprised. Anyway full marks to Viveport for sorting it out.

my box is plain white. I've been running round in circles with your help desk. After sending them all the details. They sent a code that didn't work. Now I'm back to square one with them asking for the details again. I'm considering sending it back and getting a refund. I don't expect to pay so much and get messed around.

pre ordered vive cosmos to get 12 months Viveport infinity but no code in the box. Now getting the run around. retailer says talk to htc vive, vive say talk to retailer. complete pain
