Hi, I have news. I worked all night and tested instal to another HDD aand VR worked. After finding a successful test I change slot SSD and reinstal system. Completely clean and I re-installed vr step by step. Frames are ok now and VR useful again.

It would be good to say some procedure or solution. I have the whole VR unusable. Here video -> FPS down, klik start and full.

Hi, I same problem with HTC Cosmos Elite. CPU: i7-8700K GPU: 1060 6GB RAM: 32GB Everything was OK. I haven't played in a few months. Now turned everything on and made updates. Loss fps are with cable and with Wireless Adapter too. FPS returns when I go to the desktop (via the Start button). Thank you for your help
