So i still have problems with error 422 sometimes ... problem with display doesn't want to turn on and so on.. i changed all cables to be sure its not cables and still had problems... now I'm sure that I have solution for my problem... if I reinstall graphic drivers with clean install (removing old) then VR will work... I still need to turn off and on power to the VR headset (by unplugging power cable) to make display turn on don't know why .. but it works like a charm every time.. and it holds like a week then I have to reinstall drivers again ...

so i had this problem twice once i fixed it by completely reinstalling steam vr but second time this method did not work. i dont know what exactly fixed it but i guess unplugging and reconnecting ps2/keyboard or changing usb port for vr. dont know but i had console open so if anyone could figure out what has happened i uploaded it here https://codeshare.io/anBXb1
