  1. Still not having any luck. This device is managed via the device management system as part of our organisation, if that has any impact?
  2. Beta approved, and I cannot join it on the device, it says the device is not approved. I have the confirmation email and I have double checked I sent the correct device serial number.
  3. So, looks like my problem is down to the beta not yet being approved for my device. I need to wait on that. When will this leave beta and roll out for all device users? I manage a bunch of devices through the manager and most are in the hands of clients.
  4. Is this compatible with the MRTK? I have an MRTK project that compiles and runs for Oculus Quest with no issue, but when I deploy to the Vive I get a blank screen and no input. The app does appear to be running as I get ADB output, but the app does not show in the app menu.

  6. I can confirm that the controllers do not render in the 1.UGUI scene either when running on device. This is using the Wave XR Plugin 4.1.1 release 3.1.
  7. I've got a project that I am deploying to Focus 3, but I cannot get the controllers to render in device (rendering occurs in editor). I've tried overriding the RenderModelHook but nothing seems to be working. Input works and both the reticule and guideline are rendering correctly. Using Unity 2020.3.11 Using VUI 1.13.2 'Empty' project with reproduced error available. Is Focus 3 just not supported yet for this feature?
  8. Unable to reproduce, but uninstalling the VUI package and reinstalling it seemed to resolve the issue. Possibly some weird metadata. I had previously updated from 1.12.x whilst trying to resolve, but it looks like it wanted a full removal process.
  9. I'm unable to provide my client's project unfortunately, sorry about that. I can attempt to reproduce in an empty project though and provide that.

Unity 2019.4.28f1 VIVE Wave XR Plugin 4.1.1 Input Utility 1.13.2 I'm getting feedback that the Google VR scrips (GvrControllerInputDevice) etc are missing from the project, yet they are actually present and accessible by other scripts. These are also not located within a package, and are accessible via the assets directory. Is this something anyone else has encountered? I cannot work out how to resolve this, it's a weird one.
