lummex. im having the same issue. Does the Cosmos come up in device manager as QUSB_BULK?

I am getting the same error 001. My Cosmos has been working fine in Win10 until recently. I have noticed that the unit comes up in device manager as "QUSB_BULK" and the driver is not loaded. QUSB_BULK is a Qualcomm device and i think the Cosmos also uses Qualcomm chips? Devs, is there a way to fix this driver issue and force windows to load correctly or is it a hardware fault?
