  1. We also have intermittent but pretty serious drop outs from VBS when wifi signal is otherwise strong and the machine has plenty of CPU/GPU headroom. For us it tends to happen once after ~10 mins of stream time and then work fine from that point.
  2. Hi all, I'm now having this issue too but it's unclear to me what the process to update firmware is. How exactly are you supposed to update the firmware on a batch file managed HMD? Are you supposed to create a new batch file and go through the SD card process again or is there a better way?
  3. Hi all, We're trying to work out where on the actual wrist tracker the pivot point is. As in, if you ask for a trackers location, what part of the wrist tracker itself does that location point to? Is this covered in any documentation? I've not found that info yet but need it in order to use it to track a prop (like a gun controller, for example) and have it line up correctly with a model in game. Second question, can we still work with wrist tracker and finger tracking data via Unreal's Steam Input or does it only support OpenXR APIs? Thanks!
  4. @C.T.Can you give us some advice as to how to get on to the enterprise program? We really need some of the map management functionality and I've tried contacting the UK Business Team at https://business.vive.com/uk/enterprise_inquiry/ a few times and had no reply over the last 4-6 months. Is there an alternative way to get these features enabled?
  5. Just reinstalled VBS and also I did have console on my machine so uninstalled that. After that everything is working! Thanks so much @Frankfurtand @C.T.!!
  6. I've tried running this project and, like the Unity project in this thread posted, it runs fine but I don't see hand meshes. Has anyone else got this project or the Unity sample working successfully with a Focus 3? @Frankfurt?
  7. Yes, confirming I'm on 1.0.9.46. If I change steam home avatar to five fingered hands I am indeed seeing finger tracking so that confirms the data is coming through. @C.T. does the dev team have any example unreal projects so that I can confirm my setup is correct? I'm trying to get finger data via SteamVR Input.
  8. @C.T. All my software versions are up to date. Apologies, though, I was unclear on the other part. Hand tracking is working in the focus environment and is enabled in VBS. In the steamVR home environment once I'm streaming from steamVR via VBS I can see my wrist positions represented as controller models but in the example app I see no hands at all. Thanks!
  9. Hi @C.T. Just tried this and the app loads successfully but I don't see tracked hands. I'm using Focus 3 connected wirelessly via the latest Vive Business Streaming app with Hand Tracking enabled. If it helps, I don't see tracked hands in the vive home screen either, I just see controller models tracked to my wrists. It looks like the data is there but steamVR isn't recognising hands. Thanks so much for working with the team on this, we're very eager to get this working in our project. Thanks, Dan
  10. No, not yet. Would love some input from the product team if possible. I'll put a sample project together and post shortly.
  11. Hi all, I'm really eager to get hand tracking data through to UE4.27 from Focus 3 via the new business streaming update but I'm having some challenges. I've got the latest client and server VBS software and have enabled hand tracking in the VBS settings. It seems to be working to some degree as the vive home area renders controllers at my wrist positions. However, if I try to get access to finger data in UE4 either via OpenXR (GetMotionControllerData) or via Steam Input (GetSkeletalTransform) I get no finger data. As far as I can tell it thinks my hands are controllers. Does anyone have any tips? Thanks!
