If I have a PC VR content and this content not in the Viveport. Can I test steaming this content from my VR PC to HTC Focus plus? any issue?

I'm trying to set up my new vive pro headset. After fixing the error with the site cannot be reached, Am I supposed to do something specific to solve this error or are the servers down? How to fix this?

I am trying to install the Vive Pro Setup software but I have a problem when I reach the step where I have to sign in. The problem is step redirect me to a website that does not exists so I can't sign in please help me.
