Never mind, I figured it out after a factory reset; our LBE config is blocking hand tracking.

Hi, I'm trying to pair a set of Wrist Trackers to a Focus3, but I don't see how I am supposed to select either 'calibrate' or 'I'm not using it for hand tracking'? I have hand tracking working until the Wrist Trackers are paired, after that the hand tracking just stops working. I've tried rebooting and re-doing the steps, but hand tracking just stops working as soon as the Trackers are seen by the headset and after that I don't get the selection ray to select anything.
