I found why SRanipal wasn't shown on the taskbar or have initialization error in eye calibration. If your user name is Korean, SRanipal will not work properly. I think it might be happen to other who use user name with non-English language.

I will upload the log of SteamVR while executing eye calibration. I tried to get the log from SRruntime but the icon of SRruntime doesn't show on my taskbar. SteamVR-2022-09-15-PM_08_49_27.txt

I have same problem with Initialization Error and not showing the icon on tray. Is there any possbility of error from Window 11? Other computer with Window 10 works well.

Thank you for suggestion! I tried to connect Vive Pro Eye to my PC and it shows the button to calibrate for eye tracking. However, after pressing calibrate button, it just keep loading and unable to do it. I think it tried to execute the SRanipal_runtime but it doesn't execute. Is there any soultion for window 11? if is working window 11, which step I am missing? Thank you for reading!

Hi, I just want get about SRanipalRunningtime. I downloaded version 1.3.2.0 (which I think it is lasted one) and installed completely but when I tried to execute it, the system tray doesn't shows the Icon (UAC is never used) I assuming that the window11 in this version. So if it is issue of window11, is there no soultion untill new version come out? If there is a soultion for it, please reply to this topic.
