Thanks so much. WE figured it out. As many people suggested, our virus software was blocking it. After weeks of our IT staff assuring me that they disabled the virus software, the one person who manages our group policy for it and turned it off, and we have success.

Unfortunately, I can't get to it, because this computer will not let me install the VBS software. I am logged in as an Admin user, have an RTX 3060 graphics card with 12gb video ram, and I have steam and steam ver loaded.

I am not able to get the installer to do anything on this one computer. As soon as I click the install button, it errors (see attached). I am logged in as an admin user and rt click the installer (run as Administartor). Machine has Steam and Steam VR already installed RTX 3060 graphic card with 12gb of video ram I have gone into Nvidia settings and made sure the graphics card is set as the priority graphics card for all apps.

I have 3 vive focus 3 headsets. I have 3 vr ready computers. Two computers are setup and running. My 3rd computer will not let us install Vive business streaming. We are logged in as an admin user. Where can I find the vive business streaming beta download?

I am a member of the beta team, and have a computer with vbs 1.08 beta on it. I am trying to load the software on another computer, but I get an installation failed error. It is because the download site does not have the beta release. Where can I find it.

I have an error. I have Steam VR loaded and running in admin mode. I try to downlaod the VBS software. It comes up with Windows can not access the specified device. See photo. permissions for account has full control. logged in as system admin.

Thank you for the feedback. I have had a solution from the Vive SDK team. they updated the Vive Wave Open XR - Windows package to 1.08, and updating the Vive Business Streaming App. and now all works. Some settings needed adjusted, see post:

You are my hero! It seems that this prompted a couple of updates? As soon as I opened my project, I was asked to update the Vive Open XR plugin for Windows to 1.0.8. Then I made the changes you suggested, did a project reopen, and it all works. Awesome, Thanks! I have spent hours and hours and hours trying different things, and I am so glad to have a project work. I even built the project directly to the headset, using the Android settings, and it all worked.

Am I to understand, you would like me to backtrack, and go back to the older vive wave xr, even though the headset is slated for OpenXR? Would I have to start this in a new project, or add to my existing project, which already has the wave openXR android, and wave openXR windows packages.

I have followed all the posted tutorials for getting my vive focus 3 headsets (three of them) to work correctly for development in Unity. I get all of the packages setup, but the controllers will not show in the scene, when I hit play. So there is no way to interact with the scene. Using unity 2020.3.33 or 2021.3. Headset software is 5.0.999.264 Vive business Streaming version 1.0.9.6 I have my build settings for Android, as shown in the pictures. I have been through this so many times. I need help with getting some settings and versions that work together.

I was able to get the controllers to show, but the camera breaks. Now the VR headset (Vive Focus 3) is looking out into the distance and the controllers are way out in space. You can not interact any longer with the scene.
