if anyone can help, i'd appreciate it i really want to get back on playing my games on vr

Hi, i was using my VR today and in the middle of the game it decided to shut off for some reason, after troubleshooting the issue i found out that the linkbox was turned off and when i attempted to turn it back on it didn't, i need a guide or help into fixing the problem thanks.
