  1. Today, VIVE's customer service replied to me via email as follows: The technical department at HTC headquarters is concerned about your issue and is currently working around the clock to resolve this software issue. Until a newer version of the driver is available, you can try the following methods to resolve the issue. DDU remove driver. https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html Install NVIDIA 517.40 or 516.94 or eariler driver before the issue happened. Try different SteamVR version (beta or public). At least make sure it's a software compatibility issue, if anyone is having the right eye problem again try the solution above. My PRO2 was tested at the factory and they told me everything was fine, so they have resent it back to me and I will receive it the day after tomorrow and then I will test it myself. @TheOnlyDoor
  2. Pimax engineers solved their right eye failure issue by releasing a new firmware. https://community.openmr.com/t/pimax-8kx-right-screen-flickering/39470
  3. Guess what, I've seen them talking about the right eye screen anomaly in the PIMAX community, very similar to the PRO2 issue, which they also tried to solve by upgrading the drivers. https://www.reddit.com/r/Pimax/comments/y4qluy/pimax_8kx_nvidia_driver_versions_right_eye_screen
  4. It's no coincidence that multiple PRO2 users are experiencing this issue at the same time. VIVE's technical department should take this issue seriously, investigate the cause and provide a solution rather than avoiding the issue!
  5. This is certainly frustrating. My PRO2 has been sent back to the factory for repair and as it stands I don't think they will ever fully fix it. I will continue to report this issue in the hope that it will be brought to the attention of VIVE technical and resolved as soon as possible.
  6. It looks like this is just a software level issue, the hardware should be fine. I've just given away my PRO2 and I'm wondering if I should send it back so I don't waste my time ......
  7. Hello developers, recently several PRO2 users have encountered the same right eye display problem, we don't know how to solve it, we are very helpless about it, hope the VIVE developers can pay attention to this problem, investigate the cause and maybe solve it with a firmware update? Thank you!

  8. I hope the VIVE developers start investigating this issue now, there have been multiple PRO2 users experiencing the same issue from September to today and I'm sure it's no coincidence, please fix this. Related links : https://www.reddit.com/r/Vive/comments/xw1kpm/vive_pro_2_screen_tearing/
