  1. Scratching my head a bit here and could use some help. I'm trying to get hand tracking working on my Vive Pro Eye in UE4 via the Hand Tracking SDK v1.0.0. I've followed all the instructions carefully, but whenever I hit 'play in VR' from the editor while the "HandTrackingProvider" is placed in the level, Unreal just freezes. It doesn't even crash and give me an error message, it just freezes, and refuses to play. Even searching through the log there are no errors. it just stops abruptly. As soon as I take out HandTrackingProvider it plays normally. I've confirmed that my camera is working, have tried different USB ports, and tried in both UE 4.27 and 4.26, and got the same result in both. Has this happened to anyone, could anyone offer support?
  2. Hi guys I ended up fixing my error by removing Vive console and SRanipal 1.3.6.6 and installing SRanipal 1.3.1.1 instead. As soon as I plugged it in I got a message that the device was updating and then the robot finally turned orange and I was able to calibrate. Hope this helps someone!
  3. I see the EyeChip device hidden in device manager, with the error Currently, this hardware device is not connected to the computer. (Code 45). Could this be why? Any ideas how to fix this?
  4. Can't get this to work 😞 I keep getting the "This HMD doest NOT has eye-tracking feature, Error : 0" in my log, even though I've tried everything in this thread. I don't see "Eyechip" in devices, maybe that has something to do with it? But I don't know how to install that manually. Using a RTX 3090 and AMD Ryzen 9 3900X.
