So I just recently purchased a 2.0 tracker dongle on Ebay (since the 2.0 ones aren't supported anymore) but it was shipped from China. Plugged the dongle into my pc, and windows recognized it. Went into SteamVR and noticed it wasn't pairing to my tracker (even though it was paired before) so i tried the whole syncing operation in the steamvr settings. That didn't work, so i was wondering if the dongle is region locked?
