  1. Hi, thanks for the reply, for me the solution was to use the new Business+ Web Portal to manage Batch Configuration and once installed on the Headset it shows the Enterprise Features.
  2. For our needs we will use the new Business+ web portal, so there's no need anymore to make VBC working
  3. The question is for VBC_1.08.16 And for VBC 1.06.3 it requires a code, and I'm not sure where to get this either. I tried to use the Code from the VIVE Business+ Pro Tier Order and it did not work.

  5. Hello, I'm trying to install VIVE Business Console, it shows the Sign in window, I click it, it opens the webpage https://vbc.vive.com/ I click again SIGN IN and I get "Login failed, please contact our support." How can I make it work, thank you?
  6. Hello, I have registered Vive Focus 3 device to the Device Management System. I have installed Vive Manager to an Android device and Paired the headset to the Vive Manager. I have also purchased "VIVE Business+, Pro Tier". I don't se the "Enterprise Features" in the App Manager. Thank you in advance.

  7. Is not related to VIVE, it was a network issue, the companny network protection policy.
  8. I'm trying to update VIVE Focus 3 from the device and from the Android and iOS VIVE Manager app but is always the same: Updating headset... 0% The update is from 3.x to 5.x versions.
