I have the same problem.. the name of the lens is literally XR not VR..

The headset's system software was the lastest and still those addresses were not available so I just reset the headset and I could see the wifi mac address and IP address.

is there reason why the wifi mac address of XR elite device is not available? only the bluetooth address is available. settings > general > infromation > headset status > IP address and Wifi Mac address not available.
