  1. Never mind, I have resolved my issue. I figured out that updates are not allowed in the glasses mode.
  2. When I try to update my headset, it says "unable to update headset, please try again". I cannot update my headset at all.
  3. Thanks for clarifying this matter. I suggest putting a BIG heads-up message about erasing user data when a user joins or exits Beta.
  4. This system update has erased and reset all the data in my headset, and I need to go through the initialization process with Vive Manager all over again. Is this really necessary?
  5. A platform / app called "Virtual Desk" is advertised on the XR Elite official web page. I believe it is not the same as the Virtual Desktop app (which still hasn't been released on XR Elite). How can I access this "Virtual Desk"? Or is it to be released?
