I have tried to run it as administator and have already deleted all the Temp files, but that doesn't seem to have fixed the issue, whenever I try to download the software it just closes out of nowhere and when I try to open it back up it shows this:

If I do get to run the app after manually closing it with Task Manager it shows this even though I have run it as admin:

Would really appreciate some help, weird thing is, I can proceed with the download if I just hold the window down with my cursor but that doesn't seem to make anything work as I still face issues later on...
