Edit post: sorry I was about to add more information and form the question more clearly but not able to edit it on time, here is the edited version: Hi guys, recently we have encountered this problem: During streaming via PC with Vive Business Streaming or even just turn on the HTC Vive Focus 3, the HMD show the triangle logo and seem like it stuck in infinite loop. The only thing able to do is factory reset. But after factory reset, the problem appears again The current version I use: System version: 6.0.999.972 The issue appeared since around May 2024 but became more frequently since October 2024 Why does this issue occur? it is hardware issue or firmware issue? Is there a way to prevent the infinite triangle loop from happening? Please help, this is very urgent, I have this issue on multiple devices. Best regards, Hoang

Hi guys, recently I have encountered this problem: during streaming via Vive Streaming, sometimes the screen goes black and show the triangle that indicate loading but it keep loading and never end. I can't even press the power button to reset, I have to try the factory reset. What have caused this problem? Is it the firmware issue? Is it hardware issue? Did I do something wrong? Hi @VIVE_chengnay Hi again, I tried the solution you mention but it doesn't work, the problem persist, may be it happened again when rebooted ? But the footprint will disappear after a random amount of time(sometime it takes long time), and this does cause issue for me. 1)If the footprints do appear, please tell me how to remove them reliably. For example, is it possible that the footprints are affected by time, and that once they appear, they disappear after 10 minutes? 2)The current Vive Focus Software I use is FOTA 6.3 link: https://business.vive.com/release-notes/vive-focus-3/vive-focus-3-software-60999972/ Is there a faster way to check the Software version without going throught the settings ? for example: the visual changes, background or font ? 3) Can you tell me when will the next patch that fix this issue release ? 4) Can I downgrade the software version to fix this issue ? If so, please tell me the latest version that doesn't have this problem version. Many thanks.
