Suddenly i have very bad wireless performance on the vive pro 2,Hands are ghosting when moving..stuttering

i have suddenly very bad performance with my vive pro 2 wireless,i have no idea what it is..If i look at fpsvr My gpu frametime is going crazy.. only round the 50 frames

It was good before

if i look at fpsvr it looks likes its kept on 60fps now instead of 90

okay its solved i needed to turn off v sync in the nvidea control panel
