Nobody at HTC Vive is responding to my RMA requests via email.

Same problem here trying to get my basestation repaired. It has been weeks now, I paid more than 3 weeks ago and have heard nothing from them even though over the phone I would get it back the following Monday since I already was having a ton of problems with the customer service. Now I have sent 3 or 4 emails over the past two weeks with no responses. I really do not want to have to take legal action just to get this thing repaired and back to me, but I am prepared to do so if I must.

Things have been a little slow due to the holiday season. Please contact me via PM and provide your name and the ticket number. I know base stations are taking a little longer for RMA right now, up to 21 business days in some cases.
