Cannot redeem my vive content bundle code

For some reason when I go to follow the site listed on the card to redeem my code, it takes me to the store, which is fine. Once I click next, it automatically takes me back to the main Vive website . From there, I cannot enter the code as I have no where to enter it. I've looked in my account to see if there was a redemption tab, but unfortunately there wasn't. I hope this could somehow be resolved. Thanks!
