Code redeem page not working

Hello everyone,

 

I'm trying to redeem the bundle code I received with my Vive, but once i go to the page vive.com/code and it asks me to press NEXT, it goes back directly to the HTC Vive home page with 0 items in the cart. 

Can anyone help me?

I was able to receive the codes by entering as a guest. Now the problem that I have is that I cannot put those codes in the HTC Vive app on my computer because the Redeem Code page is stuck to Loading. Please let me know what to do or fix it.

Hello!  We apologize that you're having problems with the code redemption website.  Can you please try the following?:

 

1.  Clear your internet browsers cache (including cookies)

https://www.ghacks.net/2015/02/05/how-to-clear-web-storage-in-your-browser-of-choice/

2.   Reboot the browser and try to go to www.vive.com/code

3.  See if it will allow you to enter your code

 

If it is still not successful, log out of your vive account, and try to redeem the code as a Guest

Hi!

 

I have the same problem.

I use Google Chrome 62.0.3202.94 (64bit).

I tried using my code before logging in, after and then after that while using incognito mode.

Then I cleared my browser cache and tried again with the login and in the incognito mode - still nothing.

I always get this message:

Code "**********" is invalid, Please check your code and try again.

I'm happy to help you. You'll need to redeem your code at https://store.vive.com/code/us/redemption

 

However, depending on where you bought Vive from, you'll want to change the "US" part to the correct country code. The exception to this is if you imported your Vive, in which case it will be a US based code. The website will automatically try to send you to your own country based on your IP location, so you'll need to manually set that URL if you're outside the US but you imported your Vive through a 3rd party.

I believe I mentioned that it doesn't work...

I bought it in a European county so I tried https://store.vive.com/code/eu/redemption

It didn't work.

Same with the US.

 

And before you tell me it, I already tried both incognito mode in my Chrome browser as well as clearing its cache.

 

I always get this red message:

Code "**********" is invalid, Please check your code and try again.
