Getting back in contact with chat support?

Hi. I was just talking to chat support about my Vive and after asking for a system report, I was told to restart my computer. Of course, this disconnected me from chat and now it's offline. Am I not able to finish this enquiry now? How am I supposed to get back in contact with that representative?
