sranipal VIVE_SRanipalInstaller_1.3.2.0 Error

Hello Everyone,

 

I recently got the Vive Pro eye and downloaded all that is required including VIVE_SRanipalInstaller_1.3.2.0 - However, this does not seem to be working. Every time I run the installer, it gives me the following error 

 

"Error 1001 An exception occured in the OnAfterInstall event handler of system. ServiceProcess ServiceInstaller --> Cannot start service SRanipalService on computer '' --> The system cannot find the file specified 

 

Any help would be appreciated, I am trying to collect data for my dissertation and I hope to get this runnning asap

I have the same issue. Anyone found a fix? Cant use my eye tracking or Face tracking and its infuriating.

I am also having the same issue, and as usual, the vive team is missing to assist. Did anyone solve the problem?
