We have received reports that some users were receiving two boxes in their Digital Audio Strap shipments: 1 with the audio strap 1 containing instructions. After performing some research, we have identified an error in processing by our packing supplier resulting in two boxes being shipped to end users. This impacts a small number of users. All users are receiving their Digital Audio Straps. If you have any questions or concerns please post here in the forums. Thank you!
