Vive Focus 3 Native Support for Godot 3.4.4

Hi. I am trying to get the Godot OpenXR demo application running natively on the Vive Focus 3 but calls to xrEnumerateInstanceExtensionProperties appear to be returning a null xrResult which according to the Khronos documentation should not be possible (xrResultToString(3) (khronos.org)).

Is this a known issue?
