Vive Business Streaming cannot start on Vive Focus Plus

I have been trying to get Vive Business Streaming running on my Vive Focus Plus but despite reinstalling, updating and a factory reset of the headset, launching the app leads to a blank screen and then goes back to the Vive Home. I do not see the streaming PC selector. Is there a fix I need?

My Focus Plus appears to be on the latest software update, the interface says no updates available for the headset.

seems that it only supports vive focus 3

VBS is not supported on the Focus Plus.

The Focus Plus comes with Viveport Streaming which integrates the SteamVR and Viveport libraries directly into the Focus Plus library. Have you tried using this?
