mjerome82 Posted August 5, 2022 Share Posted August 5, 2022 Hi there. Having moved, I haven't touched my htc vive helmet for more than 2 months. Yesterday by reinstalling everything and making the same connections, my helmet remains with the red led. When connecting, this one is well recognized in the windows manager, in the "htc vive" audio. There are 2 lines. I tried to uninstall, even reinstall steam vr, the htc software nothing fixes the problem. Still this red led. Even at the headphone level the connections are good. However, I have a message that appears with error code 108. However during installation, the usb port does not charge.
