Update is corrupting my base stations 1.0

the base stations 1.0 are working fine. But it is asking for a update. But when I update them a red flikkering light turns on telling me my base stations are corrupt. I had to manualy undo the update to get them working again. So I tried again to update them (Maybe something went wrong) Same thing my base stations got corrupted again.

I was wondering if more people got this problem.
