Cosmos Elite : Motion Smoothing Not available

I have the following config

Cosmos Elite

RTX 3090

CPU 10850

in Steam VR, i dont have the "motion smoothing" option , it says 'not supported"

A friend of mine has a Cosmos with a RTX 3070 and on his side, he has the option available

Could someone help me here ?
