Problem pairing with Bluetooth devices requiring pin code input [Vive Focus 3 5.0.999.624]

I am having problems pairing with Bluetooth devices that require me to input a pin code in order to pair. When I try a window pops up very briefly (milliseconds) showing what looks like a "pairing code", which does not make sense since the device doesn't have a pairing code.
Is this a bug with the current Focus 3 software?

I have tried multiple devices and multiple Focus 3 headsets. All the same behaviour. I can connect Bluetooth devices which just shows a pairing code just fine. It is only the ones that require me to input a pin which doesn't work.
