No display port connection - using Dell USB-C docking station

Hello,

I have a problem with my first installation of a VIVE Pro Eye. I cannot connect the link box / head set with my laptop. I have a quite new DELL XPS laptop and use a recent DELL USB-C docking station, because the laptop doesn't have an own display port. When I do the connection check the USB connection is ok, but not the display port connection. No matter which of the 2 display ports of the docking station I use.

What can I do? Help is very welcome!

Hi Malte, did you get it working ? I have the same laptop and situation I used a USB-C to Display port but no luck either.

Anyone able to assist ?

Hi Malte and Justintas, 

Did you end of working this out? I am having the same issues - using a Dell Thunderbolt Dock and a Dell Precision mobile work station.
