How to turn off the "Turn on controllers" window ?

My content supports hand tracking. However, when I wake up from sleep, the “Turn on controllers” window appears. Is there a way to prevent it from appearing?

Engine : Unity 2021.3.7f1
Base Project : OpenXR for Mobile VR > Tutorial
