Vive Console Software always displaying on top of other windows

Just started using a Vive Pro 2 last week.  Updated SteamVR's version to the latest, and somehow also ended up installing Vive Console.  Now whenever SteamVR runs, Vive Console runs alongside it, and even though "SteamVR is always displayed on top" is turned off, the little Vive Console app window always displays on top of the software I'm running.  Is there a way to make Vive Console not display on top?
