Which audio output should I use?

My HTC Vive has 2 audio outputs:

Speakers (4- HTC Vive)

HTC-VIVE (NVIDIA High Definition Audio)

And im wondering if there is any diffrence to the two and if so which one is superior, I have the deluxe audio strap if that helps.

I've found that the vive nvidia HD audio works best with my OG Vive Pro (VP1).  When you update your nvidia driver you need to make sure to install the HD drivers.
